How do I order a lab test?
On our website, click the lab test you desired and check out.
Do I need to visit my doctor to get a lab order?
No! The total price includes a review by a physician and if appropriate, review all results, and follow up with patients if necessary.
Where do I go to get my blood drawn?
Get your blood drawn at one of our 2,500 approved patient service centers nationally. Use our online locater to find the service center nearest you.
How do I get my results?
Once your results are available, you will receive an email with instructions how to access them securely.
Do you accept insurance?
To keep prices low, we do not accept insurance. CHARGES FOR TESTS MAY NOT BE SUBMITTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM ANY INSURANCE OR HEALTH CARE BENEFIT PROGRAM OR PAYOR. This applies whether the insuracne program is private (such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Sheild, United Health Care, etc.) or public (such as Medicare or Medicaid or any other state or federally funded health plan or program).
Can I use HSA or FSA?
Yes. Please make sure your card has a Visa or Mastercard logo. Your Health Savings account and Flex Spending acounts are generally accepted as approved medical expense.
Where will my laboratory test be performed?
All specimens are analyzed at National CLIA certified laboratories.
Can I purchase a lab test in my state?
You may order lab tests from from every state except New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island where direct access to testing is prohibited by law.
How long does it take to get results?
Lab results are usually available 1-3 business days after blood draw has been completed.
Can i be confident that the credit card and personal information that I provide is secure?
Yes. Your online credit card transactions that are performed on our website are fully encrypted and secured by Authorize.net™ for your protection. Once your order has been processed, the only information we retain about your credit card is the last four (4) digits of the card’s number for later reference purposes.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel an order if: (1) you have not had your blood drawn and (2) the order is cancelled within six months of the date it was purchased. If the order is cancelled in the first 60 days from the purchase date, the purchase price will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee; otherwise you will receive a credit for the purchase amount, which credit may be applied to any future order placed within the six-month period. If not cancelled within the six-month period, any unused order will lapse and there will be no refund or credit.
