Do I need to visit a doctor to order and receive a copy of the test results?
No. The price includes the doctors order and a physicans review and follow up if neccessary.
How old do I have to be to order testing?
You must be 18 years and older. We do not test anyone under 18 years old.
Where do I go to have my blood drawn?
At on of the 2,096 LabCorp testing centers. Use our online Lab Test Center locator search to find the closest testing center to you.
Once I oder online, when can I get my lab order?
Most lab orders are processed and approved in real time 24 hours a day and will be available to print from your HIPPA Compliant, Confidential, online portal within 30 seconds. Select lab testing may take 15-30 minutes for access to lab order.
How long does it take to get my results?
It depends on the test. Most standard test results take 3-4 buisness days but more complicated test will tak longer. In many cases your results will come faster than the 3 buisness days.
Do you accept insurance?
No. To keep prices low Labstop does not accept insuracne. CHARGES FROM LAB STOP CANNOT BE SUBMITTED FOR REIMBURSMENT FROM ANY INSURANCE OR HEALTH CARE BENIFIT PLAN.
How do I pay for the tests?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover and most Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards, or medical or healthcare debit card from your insurance carrier.
Can I use my Health Savings/Flex Spending Account for payment?
Yes.
Where will my laboratory tests be performed?
All specimens are analyzed at CLIA certified laboratories.
I tried to purchase a lab test and received a message that the test is not available in my state why?
Labstop Lab Tests offers testing services to residents of almost all states except the three where direct access testing is prohibited by law – New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Rhode Island.
What if I get an abnormal result?
